Research background: Although the problem of high employment pressure of college graduates has always existed, it is only this year that this problem has become a key problem that the central leadership needs to solve. Indeed, with the intensification of global financial turmoil, more than half of enterprises have suffered losses, and the employment situation of graduates is even more pessimistic.
In order to better help our students solve the future employment problem, we are now investigating and analyzing the employment situation of fresh graduates. Referring to the existing Survey of College Students' Employment, we decided to analyze the fresh graduates of our college from the following aspects:
1. Goals or visions set by graduates
1) For future designs or ideas, see question 2, 19,14,25.
2) Preparation before employment, see question 5.
3) Whether it is professional or not, see question 7.
4) For regional aspirations, see questions 10, 1 1.

Through the investigation of 25 questions in the above five aspects, it is expected to analyze graduates' employment choices, cognitive level and what they should do as hospitals to help graduates cope with employment problems.
Investigation and analysis:

1. Goals or visions set by graduates
1) Design or assumption for the future: The general direction for graduates to choose in the future is postgraduate entrance examination and employment, accounting for 72%, of which 5 1% choose employment. Personality Notes 9% students choose to start their own businesses, 1 1% students choose to study abroad.
The reason for choosing postgraduate entrance examination is that most people can get higher income and further study after graduation. Regarding the concept of career choice, 82% students choose the concept of finding a job first and then getting a job in one step, and few people choose to take the postgraduate entrance examination. Among the 25 questions, 15% of the students resolutely don't understand the worst opportunity.
2) Pre-employment preparation: 65,438+03% students have clear career plans, while the rest have no clear goals or even thought about them.
3) Regarding whether or not to have a professional counterpart: More than 80% of the students take finding a job as their first goal and don't care much about their professional counterparts.
4) Regional willingness: Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai are the first choice for students, followed by the eastern coastal areas and native places. 1 1% of students have no fixed intention. For the choice of region, the students' first choice standard is to have greater working conditions and development opportunities.
5) Willingness of employers: In nature, state-owned enterprises and institutions are the first choice for students, while others are relatively average, and no one chooses to start their own business. Students with 75% of the first salary chose1500-3000,800-1000, but no one chose.
2. Information acquisition: 15% people are familiar with the employment policy of our school, and 5% people don't care; Different students have different choices and many ways to get information.
Among them, the most people get information through school employment websites and online information, accounting for 17% respectively. Other channels, such as counselor's teacher's notice, school employment website, job advertisement, etc., are optional, but the number is small, with an average of about 10%.
3. Graduates' cognition of employment and external environment: 265,438+0% students think they have the strength to find a job.
4. Actual employment situation of fresh graduates: 52% of the students did not sign any contracts, only 6%.
5. Reflection and experience of recent graduates: For schools, 25% students need career planning guidance, 30% students need reports on regional and industry development, only 28% students need employment knowledge, applied skills or psychological guidance for job hunting, and 37% students think that school employment guidance is of little benefit.
For themselves, different students think that the qualities they lack are different and evenly distributed, and the most important qualities are the potential of communication and expression, the potential of reform and innovation, and the potential of solving practical problems. For students who want to start their own businesses, 40% think they need funds and 36% think they need potential and experience.
Most students said that the reasons for graduates' unsatisfactory employment are too many employed people, financial turmoil and lack of practical experience.
Second, the environmental specialty
1. Goals or visions set by graduates
1) Design or assumption for the future: 70% of the students choose employment, and 69% of the students choose employment before choosing a job. No one wants to do it all at once. Although few people choose to take the postgraduate entrance examination, many students who take the postgraduate entrance examination are eager for a better educational environment. Among the 25 questions, 80% students can understand the worst opportunity.
2) Pre-employment preparation: 265,438+0% students have clear career plans.
3) As far as majors are concerned, the number of students in all aspects is average.
4) Regional willingness: Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai are the first choice for students, with a rate of 665,438+0%, followed by the eastern coastal areas, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and no one wants to return to their birthplace. For the choice of region, students' first choice is better learning opportunities, followed by job diversification and job treatment.
5) Willingness of employers: In nature, state-owned enterprises and large private enterprises are the first choice for students, followed by foreign enterprises, and government departments and private enterprises are not favored by students. Students with 60% of the first salary choose 1500-XX, 800- 1000, but no one chooses.
2. Information acquisition: 17% people are familiar with the employment policy of our school, 1 1% people are indifferent, and 74% people don't know much about it; Different students have different choices and many ways to get information.
Among them, most people get information through online related information, accounting for 19%. Other channels such as counselor's notice, school employment website and student employment website are selected, but the number is small, with an average of about 15%.
3. Graduates' cognition of employment and external environment: 72% students think that the current employment situation is grim, and only 14% students think that they have the strength to find a job.
4. Actual employment situation of fresh graduates: 865,438+0% of the students don't have any contracted units.
5. Reflection and experience of recent graduates: For schools, 50% of students need a report on the development of their own region and industry, and 32% need employment knowledge, application skills or psychological counseling for job hunting, so 49% of students think that the employment guidance of schools is of little benefit.
For themselves, different students think that the qualities they lack are different and evenly distributed, among which the most important qualities are the potential of information collection, summary, analysis and processing, the potential of solving practical problems and the potential of self-learning. For students who want to start their own businesses, 50% think they need funds and 50% think they need potential and experience.
Most students said that the reasons for graduates' unsuccessful employment are that there are few opportunities to participate in technical training in schools, there are no suitable positions and there is little practical experience.
Third, the construction of environmental specialty

Design or assumption for the future: the general direction of graduates' future choice is postgraduate entrance examination and employment, accounting for 78% in total, of which employment is slightly higher. Personality noticed that 10% of the students chose to start their own businesses.
A total of 43 people chose to take the postgraduate entrance examination. Most of the reasons for choosing the postgraduate entrance examination are to relieve employment pressure and further study. Regarding the concept of choosing a job, 83% students choose to find a job first and then choose a job in one step, and few people choose to take the postgraduate entrance examination. Among the 25 questions, 90% students can understand the worst opportunity.
