QC is the eyes and ears of the company when it enters the order production site, and is responsible for supervising the production quality. QC must be diligent in inspecting and observing the production process. Quality problems should be found and dealt with early, and factories should be urged to rectify in time, so as to achieve practical results. QC must carry forward the hard and meticulous work style, adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, oppose fraud, truly and accurately reflect the situation to the company, and actively provide suggestions to the company. QC must strictly implement various management systems stipulated by the company, strengthen self-cultivation, study hard and actively study business. Continuously improve work level B Work procedures and work requirements QC should first read the production process sheet after receiving the inspection task arranged by the company, and report to the company in time if it is unclear or in doubt, so as to supplement and correct the information in the process sheet. After arriving at the manufacturer of the order, QC should know the factory in time and make a comprehensive evaluation of the production capacity of the factory for the ordered products: the scale of the factory, the staffing of the machine, the level of product quality, the quality of production management, etc. Report to the company in detail in written form, so as to put forward rectification measures to the company in time for the weak links of the factory, and implement targeted key monitoring in the future inspection process. QC must observe the following inspection rules when inspecting goods in the factory: 1. Inspection principle of cloth 1. Check and check the color, weight and fabric quality according to the technical list information as soon as the big goods enter the factory. According to the water mark of washing, the shrinkage, color fastness, color fastness to contamination and color fastness to dry and wet rubbing are simply tested, and the results are reported to the company in time for necessary inspection and re-inspection. 2. For some fabric requirements, such as coating effect, sanding effect, reflective composite fabric, etc. We should take the customer as the standard to test the effect of large goods fabrics. For the special indexes of fabrics, if they are required not to contain some harmful components and dyes, the relevant personnel should be urged to take samples and send them to the inspection agency for inspection. 3. The fabric quality of bulk goods can only be cut after the customer confirms and informs it. Generally, fabrics enter the factory in batches. QC must pay attention to check the quality of each batch, record the quality problems of each batch separately, and keep corresponding representative samples. For fabrics that deviate from the quality requirements, companies and manufacturers should be informed in writing, which is unacceptable and forbidden to use! For the color matching of fabrics, QC should first check on the basis of confirming the color samples. Different batches of fabrics may have color difference, and the acceptance degree shall be subject to the information in the process sheet. At the same time, QC should ask the factory to cut the same batch of fabrics according to the packaging proportion of the sheets, so that the finished products can be packed in boxes of the same color. QC should carefully check the color matching requirements of the upper and lower parts for the ordered package products. Especially when different fabrics (knitted fabrics and woven fabrics) are used for loading and unloading, it is necessary to check whether the materials have color matching requirements, and the grade of color difference should be implemented according to the marked standards. 2. Inspection principle of accessories QC should fully understand all accessories responsible for the order: marks, stitches, buttons, zippers, rubber bands, shackles, ropes, placards, cardboard, color pictures, plastic bags, cartons, etc. The key points should be checked and mastered: shipping mark: sewing zipper: rubber band, hook and loop: button: tag: cardboard: color map: gram weight, correct printing, decoloration of printing color, readability of barcode, firmness of plastic bag: carton, and correct printing (quality, size, color and text). QC should strictly check the clothing quality according to the customer's sample sealing process requirements, pay attention to solving the opinions put forward by the sample sealing, grasp the influence of fabric characteristics on sewing quality production, and solve the problems in time. 2. For the product size specification, QC requires the factory to try small batch products first to check the accuracy of their size. After the pattern is revised according to the situation, the clothes can be cut in large quantities. The dimensional error should meet the requirements of plate making. 3.QC should pay attention to the sewing quality of each garment process when checking the quality of semi-finished products: whether the sewing needle meets the sewing requirements and whether there is pinhole explosion; Whether the sewing thread is firm and straight, whether it is broken, skewed or spread with glue, and pay attention to whether the parts that need to be stitched back are firm; Whether the collar, sleeves and zipper are completely consistent; Whether the quality and position of the buttoned door are qualified; For products with elastic characteristics, pay attention to pulling the product and observe whether the suture is broken. For products with inner bags, we should pay attention to check whether there are loopholes and other phenomena. More importantly, when QC finds that a production worker is not skilled in sewing a certain part of the product during inspection, it should decisively propose replacement to the relevant person in charge so as not to affect the product quality. QC shall carry out washing test in time according to the marking conditions, and check whether all quality indexes are qualified, such as shrinkage, color fastness, washing deformation and clothing quality. At the same time, report the results to the company and send them to customers for inspection and filing. 5.QC should pay attention to the appearance quality of the product, clean the internal and external threads, and there should be no color difference in any part of a garment. The inspection standard of defective products shall be implemented according to the requirements of production documents and the standards of customer inspection.
