At the initial stage of workshop merger, the newly established Lechang power supply workshop had incomplete working facilities, and the office network of Guangzhou Railway Group in the workshop could not be used. In order to transmit production information in time, I connected the communication equipment myself, which ensured the smooth flow of production information. In 2008, our section carried out centralized maintenance of catenary for the first time. As an electrician, the compilation of centralized maintenance scheme for catenary shows tenacious professionalism from learning to application, from ignorance to gradual understanding.

I will summarize my professional and technical work since I took office as follows:
First, consciously strengthen theoretical study and strive to improve personal quality.
Without a firm and true political direction, there will be no positive guiding ideology. In order to constantly improve my political and ideological quality, I have been paying close attention to national affairs and domestic and international situations in recent years, analyzing the impact of changes in the situation on enterprises, and putting this idea into practical actions in the production process to ensure that I am always consistent with the party and enterprises in thought and action. At the same time, I also bring this idea into my work and study, and constantly pursue my own progress. If a person wants to succeed in his career, he must first learn how to be a man! Especially those who do our highly technical work, we should look at things attentively, concentrate on things and learn with an open mind. There is no room for carelessness and mistakes. First of all, we should have a correct working attitude, good professional quality, be serious and responsible for our work, obey the arrangement of leaders, listen to others' opinions and suggestions with an open mind, unite colleagues, be polite to others and serve warmly.

I am well aware of the importance of electromechanical management during construction, especially including most invisible electrical infrastructure and projects. It is necessary to supervise and inspect at any time. When you find a problem, you have to solve it. Otherwise, the future trouble will be endless and will never be eradicated. This is a test and responsibility for our electromechanical management. As an electrician, I am duty-bound. Therefore, in my usual work, I have made some strict requirements for myself: first, when I encounter dirty, tired and dangerous work, I should walk in front of the workers and do more and more effectively than the workers; Second, when encountering technical difficulties, we should stand up and try our best to overcome them; I always insist on doing everything well and putting the interests of the company first. Third, I ask myself to take responsibility; I think since I am an electrician, I should be better than ordinary workers in many aspects, such as business level. When the company assigns tasks, ordinary workers should take the initiative to undertake difficult tasks, and can't shirk their responsibilities with workers. Today, with the continuous development of science and technology, you will fall behind if you don't study for a day. Especially electrical automation, no one can fully grasp everything, so I usually read more professional books as long as I have time. Over the past year, I have collected a large number of new professional books and materials, constantly enriching myself and mastering new knowledge. For example, electrical design and drawing, electronic technology, modern frequency conversion technology, DC application in industry and so on. In the process of learning this knowledge, I learned a lot of new knowledge, such as PLC programming control principle, ABB inverter setting and control principle, SIPMOS high-power bidirectional thyristor control principle and so on, which really benefited me a lot! Not only did I broaden my knowledge, but also greatly improved my technical level, which also made me interested in learning higher-level theoretical and technical knowledge.
Fourth, carry out skills exchange and realize socialized service.
In the usual work, I often have technical discussions and exchanges with other employees, share what I have learned with you, and learn what I don't know from others to achieve common progress. I fully combine theory with practice, constantly accumulate experience, and constantly study new business, so that my skill level has reached a level of proficiency and ease of use.
