After more than ten years of changes, we have made great achievements in education and made education the foundation of a strong country. Our school has now developed into a young administrative leading group composed of five principals: President, Party branch secretary Ou Dede, Vice Presidents Liu Normal School, Yu Zebiao and Yu Hezheng Education Office Director. There are 28 faculty members and 684 students, covering an area of 5,306 square meters and a building area of 2 100 square meters. Among the 28 teachers, there are 2 senior middle school teachers, 1-level teacher 10, 3 undergraduates and 25 junior college students, all of whom are qualified as teachers. Our school has always adhered to the concept of running schools and educating people by famous schools, increased investment, and made every effort to improve teachers' cultural quality, temper professional knowledge and cultivate good teachers' ethics. We have adopted the practice of please come in and please go out, so that all teachers have more opportunities to clean their minds and update their knowledge. Two outstanding teachers at the municipal level have been trained successively, and six outstanding educators and teachers have been commended by the county party committee and county government. 1August, 994, Madu Township Central School was divided into Madu Township Central School in Xuanhan County and Madu Township Junior High School in Xuanhan County. Zhang Haiyu Madu Middle School, the newly moved junior middle school, has 29 teachers, 530 students and 7 classes. Until August, 1998, the toilet was rebuilt, and a comprehensive building and a teacher dormitory building were built. Several backbone teachers have been trained and brought up.
From September 2000 1998 to August 2000, Lei Jian was in charge. In the past three years, the school has equipped 26 microcomputers and offered computer courses. The project "Application and Research of Classroom Heuristic Teaching in Underdeveloped Areas" cooperated with Sanqiao Central School won the Dazhou Municipal People's Government Award, which fostered the coordinated development of students' art and sports, and six students won special prizes at or above the county level.
Since September 2000, Oude has further improved campus facilities, built 6 13.2 square meters of student dormitories, hardened all campus venues, closed some campus walls, and created "safe schools" for two consecutive years.
