Sun Chuanhai, 1968+00, born in Pingdu, Shandong Province, with a university degree, party member, CPC. Since 1987 broke into Inner Mongolia alone, he has taught in Xuhai Middle School, Dashetai Middle School and Xuri Middle School in Urad Qianqi for more than ten years. In 2003, he was admitted to the Propaganda Department of Urad Central Banner Committee of the Communist Party of China, and has been working ever since.

He used to be a reporter of He Lin Evening News, Bayannaoer Evening News and Bayannaoer Daily, editor-in-chief of Urad Zhongqi Weekly, and producer of Today's Viewpoint of Urad Zhongqi TV Station. He published more than 500 news works/kloc-0 in Bayannaoer Daily, Inner Mongolia Daily and other local and above newspapers, and wrote a collection of news works "Dream Back to Grassland". He is now a member of Bayannaoer Writers Association and vice chairman of Bayannaoer Network and New Literature Association.

Sun Chuanhai's Work Style

Emotional person. There are more than 800 faculty members (including retired teachers) in Zhukou Town. Sun Chuanhai always keeps in mind the warmth and coldness of their lives, especially those teachers who are sickly and have financial difficulties, and let them continue to fight on the three-foot platform.

There is a teacher in this town who is approaching retirement age because of complicated family affairs, and applied to the central school for resignation. After learning the situation, Sun Chuanhai went to the door three times to help him solve the problem. Finally, the teacher was grateful and said that even if he retired, he would do his duty for one year before leaving.

Convince people by reasoning. Every time this town central school arranges work, Sun Chuanhai does not force everyone to carry it out by imperative means, but adopts the method of putting facts and reasoning, so that everyone can consciously do a good job. Teachers in the whole town need to be adjusted before school starts. Some teachers don't want to leave their original schools for various reasons.
