What is a property consultant?
Property consultant refers to a comprehensive staff who guides customers to buy through on-site service in the sales office, promotes housing sales, and provides professional and consulting services for buyers to invest in home ownership. The difference between real estate consultant and sales:

(1) Real estate consultant, that is, a consultant who buys a house, or can be understood as a professional who introduces goods, makes suggestions and facilitates transactions to real estate developers and buyers. A professional housing consultant should be equivalent to a real estate expert, not just having a comprehensive understanding of the real estate sold. It is also necessary to have a clear understanding of real estate investment and risk prevention, which can help customers choose excellent products and facilitate customers to clinch a deal.

2 Real estate sales consultant refers to the person who is responsible for actively recommending the director's real estate to buyers, arranging the transaction process of commercial housing such as house inspection and signing contracts, and is generally called a sales girl. In a sense, the role of a sales consultant is similar to that of a real estate consultant. If there are some differences, then real estate consultants have higher requirements for employees.
