It is a state of self-confidence, and it is everyone's satisfaction after reaching the ideal! And successful education is the education that pursues the discovery and development of students' potential, and the education that improves students' self-education ability. This activity adopts the mode of1+n0+n. In addition to the designated activity of "Reading Old Books", the self-evaluation of the theme of "Zero Distance between Me and Success" is also carried out, and the activities shine inside and outside the screen. A series of successful educational activities of 20 ×××× graduates are summarized as follows:
First, the second-hand book theme reading day activities.
Books are the crystallization of human wisdom and the ladder of human progress. Reading can not only cultivate people's sentiment, give people knowledge and wisdom, but also help people who are confused find the way forward and give people the strength to work hard. In order to stimulate students' enthusiasm for reading, spread the idea of good books among them and raise their desire for success, we launched a reading activity entitled "Sharing my favorite books".
In this activity, all students are required to recommend a book that they think is the best, and attach a famous aphorism that they think is the most meaningful in the book. Then, all the bibliographies handed in by the students are summarized and distributed to the grade QQ group for all students to consult. After that, the students were organized to share their recent reading experience consciously and submitted written materials to the judging panel. After the evaluation by the evaluation team, three successful inspirational experiences with universal reference were finally selected, which is the requirement of Zhang Lijing. I believe that after reading The Secret, The Kindness and Simplicity of Mou Jiali are the smartest wealth given to us by God (reading Forrest Gump's Feelings) and Jason's Purple Bracelet, we invited three students to share their reading experiences, gains and experiences with all the students who love and want to read, and upload their experiences to the grade QQ group for all students to exchange and learn.
This activity has been supported and loved by most students, who are willing to participate, share their reading experience with others and listen to others' reading experience. This activity aroused the reading enthusiasm of most students. No matter who is taking the postgraduate entrance examination, who has signed a contract, or who is struggling to find a job, whether idle or busy, they all hope to have a good book to accompany them, because a good book can give the tired people spiritual pursuit, give the confused people ideals and beliefs, and give great strength to the firm and persistent people.
Two, I and success zero distance theme self-evaluation activities
Because graduates are in the preparation stage and adaptation stage of entering the society, they are at a crucial turning point in their lives, and they must find the perfect starting point that suits them in order to succeed. And good self-awareness plays a decisive role in a person's success. A person who thinks he is valuable will eventually become a valuable person, do something valuable and have something valuable.
The college has successfully carried out listening to successful experiences, working hard for dreams and setting an example by my side. By inviting successful classmates and alumni to share their successful experiences, graduates can make an objective evaluation of their own quality and ability, know themselves, find their own strengths and weaknesses, make efforts to give full play to their strengths and make up for their shortcomings, and lay a solid foundation for college students to step into society smoothly and succeed in the future. The college has successfully organized four experience exchange meetings in stages.
(a) for the students of the graduate school, hold a special discussion on what you must know in a prestigious school.
This activity successfully invited Yuan Lu and Qing Liu, two graduates of Peking University and Zhejiang University who have been postponed for 20 years, and explained in detail and comprehensively how to get the opportunity to go to a prestigious school for further study without postponement for all students who volunteered to do so.
The two students not only introduced the macro process of extrapolating without examination, but also introduced the conditions, preparations and efforts to be made, possible difficulties and countermeasures. At the same time, it showed all the achievements of their four-year study, scientific research and practice, as well as the efforts behind their brilliant lives, and recommended many high-quality and high-end training platforms for college students, including college students' innovation.
This lecture will not only help students to know more about how to realize themselves by extrapolation without exams, but also help many students who have no idea about the future to define their goals, determine their direction of struggle and prepare for graduation at an early date. During the whole activity, students actively communicated with two graduates. After the activity, many students said they benefited a lot.
(b) Conduct exchange interview for overseas students.
This activity successfully invited Xu Qian and Tan Su, exchange students who went to Taipei, and Tian Kuier, exchange students who went to Finland, to fully explain their study experiences abroad, share some experiences in their study and life, and solve some doubts of students who want to study abroad.
At the beginning of the activity, the host briefly introduced the basic situation of the three guests present. Then, under the guidance of the host's questions, the three students introduced their reasons for wanting to be exchange students, their successful experience and preparation for applying to be exchange students, the difference between teaching in Taipei and Finland and the mainland, and the most impressive thing. Later, I shared the ppt carefully prepared by three guests for the students, not only the basic situation of the school, but also some introductions of local customs. Finally, the question-and-answer session, three guests answered the students' individual questions in detail.
This activity takes the form of voluntary registration, interview and questioning, which ensures the quality of the students attending the class, efficiently answers the key questions that students care about, and answers some students' individual doubts, which has won unanimous praise from the students attending the meeting.
(3) Holding experience lectures on self-awareness and success and efficiency for students' employment.
Wang Peng, an outstanding alumnus of our university, was successfully invited to give a speech at this event. Wang Peng is now working in Harbin Branch of Midea Group, and has become an excellent HR in less than 1 month.
At the beginning of the activity, Wang Peng, an alumnus, introduced her resume of cadres in college life. She is an important cadre of Suto and an assistant in the teacher's office. She has been familiar with the application of office software for a long time, which laid a certain foundation for her start in the workplace. In this sharing process, Wang Peng answered questions about resume making and interview in job hunting. Resume is the basis of successful job hunting. Wang Peng introduced in detail the form of resume, the number of copies made, the information content contained, and how to make full use of advantages and disadvantages to help everyone understand how to impress corporate recruiters with resumes. In addition, I also introduced various interview forms, such as one-on-one, group meeting, scenario simulation, stress interview, discussion without group leader, and briefly introduced the matters needing attention in different forms of interview. Through my many interview experiences, I summed up the possible problems and solutions in the interview. In addition, it is especially recommended that students fully understand themselves through career planning and other means, tap their own advantages, and find the most suitable employment direction for them. It is precisely because of Wang Peng's early career planning and the determination of employment goals that he can firmly choose employment and find his ideal position when everyone is confused.
This lecture will not only help the graduating students to know more about what preparations they need to make to enter the workplace, but also help them to define their future direction, determine their own goals and prepare for entering the workplace ahead of time. During the whole lecture, the students actively interacted with Wang Peng, and left contact information with each other after the activity, so as to answer questions for the students in the future.
(4) For students' employment, hold an experience exchange meeting with the theme of "My workplace is my master".
This activity successfully invited Zhang Bing, an outstanding alumnus of Grade 20 in our college, to explain the principles and mysteries of workplace struggle to the students. Zhang Bing now works for Xiamen E-commerce Company.
Zhang Bing, an alumnus, first shared and recalled some puzzles when he graduated with his classmates. He saw that Bao Yan had achieved his goals and ideals, and he could do what he wanted with peace of mind without thinking too much, but the goals were not clear at that time. It can be said that it is painful and happy to see students who are busy all day, have their own direction of struggle and make unremitting efforts for it. However, for myself, I was hesitant at first, but after careful analysis, I decided the most suitable way for myself, that is, direct employment. However, Zhang Bing, who just entered the workplace, is also a blank sheet of paper. Often hit a wall, but also have the feeling of job-hopping and work negligence. However, the spirit of not giving up halfway and sticking to the end supported him to move on and finally achieved ideal results. At the same time, it also explains some matters needing attention in the workplace, but the most important thing is to persevere and stick to the end, which can not only urge yourself to make continuous progress, but also get more support and help from colleagues and get more development opportunities.
In this lecture, Zhang Bing told the graduating students some workplace rules and experiences, which pointed out the direction of success for some confused students and inspired some students looking for jobs. In the lecture, Zhang Bing aroused students' great interest with his humorous speech style. The students actively participated in the interaction and the atmosphere was very active. I believe every student will feel something.
Third, carry out successful on-screen and off-screen shining theme video exhibition and broadcast activities.
Every graduation season, it is inevitable that students will run into a wall when looking for a job. In order to relieve students' employment pressure, give them support and encouragement, at the same time, make students correct their employment mentality, clarify the concept of success, and cultivate their ability to resist stress, we launched a video exhibition with the theme of "Success is on the Road", carefully selected the film Forrest Gump, which provided a place for students to enjoy, and invited students who watched the film to share the spirit conveyed by the film and their own views when they were distressed and confused.
Video is a vivid teaching material, which can not only soothe the tired mind, but also give people a more intuitive visual effect. Some good videos will shake people's hearts and make them remember deeply. The activity was warmly praised by the participating students.
