1989, the young Emperor Guangxu appointed Kang Youwei and others and began the Reform Movement of 1898. However, Empress Dowager Cixi was afraid that the situation would change and she would lose her autocratic power in North Korea, so she quickly opened the Rong Lu, awarded him the university library and concurrently served as the minister of Beiyang. It can be seen that Empress Dowager Cixi attached importance to him and longed for power. Later, relying on the reformists, Emperor Guangxu promulgated the "Imperial Decree of the State" to implement the New Deal, which caused panic among the old ministers in the DPRK. Rong Lu sized up the situation and immediately went to Beijing to visit Empress Dowager Cixi and told him about it.
Now Empress Dowager Cixi and Emperor Guangxu will go to Tianjin for military parade, and Rong Lu and Empress Dowager Cixi will abolish Emperor Guangxu here. The reformists knew that the situation was critical at this time, so they lured Yuan Shikai to find an opportunity to kill Rong Lu during the military parade. Unexpectedly, Yuan Shikai returned to Tianjin and told Rong Lu about it. Some people say it's advice. In short, Rong Lu immediately fled back to the Summer Palace and told Empress Dowager Cixi. The next day, Empress Dowager Cixi staged a coup, imprisoned Emperor Guangxu and wantonly killed the reformists.
After this incident, Rong Lu was taken seriously again, and he was appointed as the military affairs minister. 1903, added as Wenzhong after death.
Rong Lu's children
Rong Lu was an important official in the late Qing Dynasty and was favored by Cixi. He was born in Guarga, a Manchu family and a native of Zhengbaiqi. Later, he held an important position in the Qing dynasty, and later killed members of the political reform for his own prosperity. Rong Lu's children are also criticized by everyone because of such a father.
Among them, Emperor Guangxu was the most crucial. Rong Lu has many children, except his daughter EULAN SPA0 1, who attracts everyone's attention. Emperor Guangxu is the one who guesses the most. Because there are rumors that Rong Lu and Cixi were engaged when they were young, and later Cixi entered the palace, the engagement was invalid. Empress Dowager Cixi has been pampering Rong Lu, who is already a court minister. So Puyi is actually the child of Cixi and Rong Lu. But this is very unreliable for many reasons.
First of all, it is absurd to say that Cixi and Rong Lu are engaged. The real relationship between Cixi and Rong Lu is inferior, that is to say, Rong Lu is actually Cixi's nephew. At this time, the Qing dynasty is no longer the late Jin dynasty, and my nephew can't be engaged.
Secondly, Rong Lu's daughter Youlan married Guangxu and gave birth to Puyi. From this perspective, who would be crazy enough to watch his daughter marry him without knowing his son's identity? Rong Lu is not a good man, but it is impossible to do such a thing. Moreover, Pu Yi, born in Guangxu and Youlan, is healthy and has no disability. It doesn't look like the product of inbreeding at all. This can be proved by Darwin. All three children born of his own cousin's marriage are dead, and none of them can have children. These are just cousins. If Guangxu and Youlan are Yung's children, their children must be abnormal.
Yung wing's tomb
During the Cultural Revolution, farmers dug a big tomb during a certain construction, and the workers were very interested in it. So, when I opened the coffin, I found that the person lying inside was red and lifelike, but it didn't take long to turn black. A lot of manpower was organized to thoroughly excavate Hong Rong's tomb, and many cultural relics were excavated and collected in the Capital Museum.
Among them, the jade dragon belt hook is about 13cm long and 2cm wide, with extremely fine workmanship, excellent jade quality and different shapes and patterns. As we all know, jadeite was paid tribute by foreign vassal countries during the Qianlong period. Only the emperor, the minister of the Qing Dynasty, had jade, which was extremely rare, showing the size of Rong Lu at that time.
Old people who witnessed the excavation of Yung Wing's tomb once said that when Yung Wing's body was excavated, he was wearing a purple robe and trousers embroidered with Long Yun. It is said that it is embroidered by real gold thread bit by bit. He has no hat. Buried for 60 years, the unearthed body is only skin and bones, which looks very light.
A total of 48 pieces of cultural relics/kloc-0 were unearthed from Yung Wing's tomb, while only 45 pieces were found in the Capital Museum, many of which have long been lost.
Rong Lu prefecture
Rong Hong's former residence occupied three hutongs in Dongcheng District today. His mansion is also divided into three parts, with western-style buildings in the west, big gardens in the middle and Chinese houses in the east. There used to be five courtyards at home, but now there are only inverted seats and halls, and the rest have been destroyed and have to be demolished. Therefore, the remaining buildings are the key protection objects in Dongcheng District at present.
At present, we can still see the basic pattern of luxury houses, among which European villas are really amazing. Crossing the bustling streets and entering Gulou Lane is a scene of life. Since the capital of Beijing was established in Yuan Dynasty, this area has become a gathering place for many courtiers in North Korea. Hong Rong was promoted as a courtier in the late Qing Dynasty and should be able to live here.
It turns out that Beijing planned Juer Hutong as early as the 1990s. After those dangerous houses were demolished, they were all built in the form of quadrangles. As Yung Wing's former residence, Ju 'er Hutong has survived and has been preserved to this day. This is also related to the fact that it is a district-level cultural relic, otherwise it would have been unrecognizable.
But the scene inside the door has long been unrecognizable, and it is not what it used to be. After walking up the three stone steps, you can see the surrounding rooms. The wall fell off and no one painted it for a long time. There is an Ailanthus altissima in the middle yard, which has a history of more than 50 years and witnessed the rise and fall of this mansion.
Among them, the scene in the garden has long since vanished. It is said that Rong Lu lived in seclusion many times, just like walking in this garden. As a minister of the DPRK, you must have your own taste. The "West Lake Pavilion" described in the novel has long since disappeared, and the remaining two buildings have become the dormitory of Xinhua News Agency.
At present, the best preserved building is the West Building, which is also one of the most representative buildings in Ronglu. Some people say that this building is not built for comfort, but for living, just for beauty.
