At the first meeting of the 12th People's Congress of the town, he and other representatives jointly put forward the proposal of "connecting Wan Cheng with Zaoyang and Wanhe in Hubei as soon as possible", which was highly valued by the town government. The town government actively declared the project to the higher authorities, striving for more than 30 million yuan of funds, completed the highway interchange between Henan and Hubei, and incorporated it into the provincial highway management. When attending the second session of the 13th National People's Congress in Tongbai County, he put forward the suggestion of "building water conservancy to solve the problem of farmland irrigation" in view of the disrepair of the county's water conservancy facilities, which attracted great attention of the county government, and the county government allocated special funds of100000 yuan for digging ponds, repairing electromechanical irrigation stations and building new water conservancy facilities in 2 15 administrative villages in the county. In the past twenty years, Yong Yang has put forward 63 opinions and suggestions.
