1. Operation method: Correct operation can improve the working efficiency of the hammer and prolong its service life. Operational considerations are as follows:
(1) Every time it is used, first check whether the high-pressure or low-pressure oil pipe of the circuit breaker is loose; At the same time, for the sake of caution, check whether there is oil leakage in other places at any time to avoid the tubing falling off due to vibration and causing failure.
(2) When the hammer is working, the drill pipe should always be perpendicular to the surface of the broken object. And make the drill pipe tightly press the broken object, and immediately stop the work of the hammer after crushing to prevent empty bullets. Continuous aimless impact will damage the front of the hammer body, make the main bolt loose, and seriously hurt the main engine itself.
(3) When breaking, don't shake the drill pipe, otherwise both the main bolt and the drill pipe may break; Don't let the hammer fall quickly or slam on the hard stone, which will damage the hammer or the main engine due to excessive impact.
(4) Do not carry out crushing operations in water or muddy ground. Except the drill pipe, other parts of the hammer body should not be immersed in water or mud, otherwise the piston and other parts with similar functions on it will accumulate mud stains and lead to premature loss of the hammer.
(5) When crushing particularly hard objects, start from the edge, and do not knock more than 1min continuously at the same point to prevent the drill pipe from burning or the hydraulic oil from overheating.
(6) Don't use the guard plate of the hammer as a tool to push heavy objects. Because backhoe loaders are mainly small computers, they are light in weight. If they push heavy objects, the hammer will be damaged lightly, and the main engine boom will break, or even the main engine will roll over.
(7) Do not operate when the hydraulic cylinder is fully extended or retracted, otherwise the impact vibration will be transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder body, and thus to the main engine.
2. Maintenance: Due to the harsh working conditions of the hammer, correct maintenance can reduce the faults of the machine and prolong the service life of the machine. In addition to timely maintenance of the host, the following points should also be noted:
(1) Visual inspection. Check whether the bolt is loose; Whether the connecting pin is excessively worn; Check whether the clearance between the drill pipe and its bushing is normal and whether there is oil leakage during it, indicating that the low-pressure oil seal has been damaged and should be replaced by professionals.
(2) lubrication. The lubrication point of the working device should be lubricated before work and after 2 ~ 3 hours of continuous work.
(3) Replace the hydraulic oil. The change of hydraulic oil quality varies with the working environment. The simple way to judge whether the oil is good or not is to observe the color of the oil. When the oil quality deteriorates, after cleaning the oil tank and oil filter, drain the oil and inject new oil.
(4) The main body of the hammer is a set of precision parts, including the hydraulic circulation system. Generally, factories without special equipment should not disassemble themselves, but must entrust maintenance.
