Decision of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government on Decentralizing the First Batch of Municipal Management Authority to Nansha New District of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone

In order to further accelerate the development and construction of Nansha New Area in China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as Nansha Area of Free Trade Zone), according to the People's Republic of China (PRC) Administrative Licensing Law and other laws and regulations, the municipal government decided to delegate 58 municipal-level management rights to the Nansha Area Management Committee of Free Trade Zone, which will implement them in strict accordance with the authority and procedures stipulated by laws and regulations.

According to the legislation, revision and repeal of laws and regulations and the actual needs of economic development in FTZ Nansha area, the municipal government will timely adjust the catalogue of management authority delegated to FTZ Nansha area management Committee.

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
