Bohai Avenue starts from Li Guan Town, wafangdian city, passes through Jinzhou District and ends at Houyan Village, Dalian Bay Street, Ganjingzi District, with a total length of140km. The whole project is planned once and implemented by stages. The first phase of the project starts from Beiwu Road in Jinzhou District in the north, passes through Pulandian Bay, Sanlipu Street and Jinbohai Coast in the south, and reaches the vicinity of National Highway 202 in Houyan Village, Ganjingzi District, with a total length of 47.4 kilometers. According to the standard of two-way eight-lane urban expressway, the design speed is 100 km.

Introduction.

As the traffic artery of Dalian urban agglomeration around Bohai Sea, on April 27th, 20 1 1, Bohai Avenue held a grand groundbreaking ceremony in Jinzhou District, Dalian. It is understood that the implementation of this project will open up a new intercity trunk expressway for the main city of Dalian and the urban agglomeration around the Bohai Sea. After the project is completed and opened to traffic, the distance from downtown Dalian to Puwan Economic Zone will not only be greatly shortened, but also passing vehicles will not have to pay tolls.

Zhou Xiding, executive vice governor of Liaoning Province, mayor of Dalian, deputy secretary-general of the provincial government, director of the Provincial Communications Department, director of the Provincial Development Office, director of the Provincial Highway Bureau Feng Wanbin, deputy director of the Municipal People's Congress Yao and vice chairman Wang Yibo jointly broke ground for Bohai Avenue.
