Resume of Huawei Qiu Lei Company
Except for low-power devices using mobile CPU such as ARM, most high-performance CPUs are based on x86, including notebooks, desktops and servers. Huawei hopes to change this situation in the next three years, and 90% of domestic software can run on its own Kunpeng CPU.

Qiu Lei, chief operating officer of Guangzhou Kunpeng+Shengteng Ecological Innovation Center, mentioned in an interview at the Guangdong Kunpeng Ecological Partner Conference held recently that Kunpeng has adapted more than 2,000 products and more than 2,000 solutions so far.

Qiu Lei also mentioned that Huawei hopes that 90% of domestic software can run on Kunpeng in the next three years.

However, this goal still faces great challenges. At present, most of the software is developed for x86 platform, and the habits of developers and software transplantation are problems. To this end, Huawei has also launched a series of tools to facilitate developers and help them migrate code with as few changes as possible.

At the beginning of 20 19, Huawei launched a self-developed Kunpeng series of processors. Different from the Kirin processor used in mobile phones and tablets, Kunpeng is mainly aimed at high-performance markets such as servers and desktops. There are as many as 64 ARM cores, and its performance is at the leading level in the industry.

At the end of 20 19, Huawei announced the launch of fertile soil 2.0 plan. In the next five years, it will invest/kloc-0.5 billion US dollars to support developers' technological and commercial innovation based on Huawei products, platforms and APIs, and will develop 5 million developers in five years.

According to Huawei's information, Huawei has jointly established 15 Kunpeng ecological innovation centers with industrial partners, and launched more than 1500 products and solutions with more than 600 ISV partners, which are widely used in finance, government and public utilities, operators, energy and other industries.
