Jingyu Cemetery is located on the hill on the east bank of Hunjiang River in Tonghua City. Built in memory of the martyrs of Yang Jingyu. 1954 started and 1957 was completed. This cemetery was built under the personal care of Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai. When visitors come to the garden, they can pay close attention to the martyrs in a fresh and elegant environment and remember their great achievements, so as to sublimate their spirit and cleanse their hearts. The cemetery is 200 meters long from north to south and wide from east to west 100 meters.
Enter the country through the cement road, bypass the central flower pond and reach the mourning hall. The pine and cypress trees in China are green and the scenery is solemn. The mourning hall building has a national style. In the center is a bust of a martyr, on which hangs the immortal horizontal plaque of Comrade Yang Jingyu, the people's hero inscribed by Zhu De, and the resume of the martyr is engraved on the front of the pedestal. Behind the mourning hall is a mausoleum with a black velvet cover. On both sides of the cemetery are showrooms, displaying the photos, relics and works of martyrs, as well as the fighting deeds of the Anti-United First Route Army.
Yang Jingyu (1905 1940), formerly known as Ma Shangde, was born in Liwan Village, Queshan County, Henan Province. /kloc-joined China in 0/927, 1929 engaged in revolutionary activities in the northeast,193/kloc-0 founded the first route army of the northeast anti-Japanese Coalition after the September 18th incident in. 1940 On February 23rd, he died in Raozi Mishima, Mengjiang (now Jingyu County) at the age of 35.
