With regret, sadness and confusion, Krishna Kumari shut himself in his room and began to cry. After crying, he began to think seriously: what is the meaning of life? Krishna Kumari decided to find a job in Beijing, where he could see smiling faces and enjoy health every day.

Yoga is not equal to 2~4 hours of gymnastics.

In this way, Krishna Kumari began to work as a fitness teacher, and gradually came into contact with yoga at work. The softness of her body makes her practice yoga asana much faster and easier than ordinary people.
