1April 1966, transferred to work in Mahai Farm, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province. He worked as a scaffolder, bricklayer, agricultural worker, film projectionist, trade union officer and middle school teacher.

1March, 1970 to1July, 1973, he joined the duty detachment of Lanzhou Army Production and Construction Corps to perform the task of armed supervision of reform-through-labour criminals.

During this period, I participated in the correspondence study of Chinese and foreign-related enterprise management colleges and participated in the self-study of law major in higher education self-study examination.

1986 graduated from three or more majors and passed the adjustment examination in the same year.

1988 passed the national lawyer qualification examination and worked as an intern (amateur) in the legal advisory office of Jinan Central District.

1989 was admitted to the postgraduate class of China Civil Law in the Law Department of Renmin University of China, and obtained a master's degree in law after graduation.

1992 Up to now, I have been teaching in Shandong Institute of Political Science and Law Management as a part-time lawyer.

1996 was named as an associate professor of law.

1999 was hired as an arbitrator by Jinan Arbitration Commission and renewed in 2002 and 2005. Teaching China civil law courses, principles and practice of civil law, lawyer system and lawyer practice. Lawyers are good at handling company affairs, real estate and contract disputes.
