Dr Chong Chongwen is the youngest son of Yi Yan Cai Fang. After graduating from high school, I studied at Jimei Navigation School founded by Mr. Chen Jiageng, an overseas Chinese leader. Decades later, he founded Jimei Alumni Association in Hong Kong, and later served as honorary president of Chen Jiageng International Society.
Dr. Chong Chongwen 1930 went to Singapore alone, and 1946 moved to Hong Kong to set up an industry. Shi Zhuang Group was established in 1960s, and went public in 197 1 year, with its business covering Hongkong, Chinese mainland, Southeast Asia, Europe and America.
Since 1968, Dr. Zhuang Chongwen has been elected as the president of Hong Kong Chinese Manufacturers Association for three consecutive times, and later served as the honorary president of Hong Kong Manufacturers Association forever. He has hosted six Hong Kong industrial exhibitions and written a book "The Growth of Hong Kong Industry". He devoted himself to the industrial development and social prosperity of Hong Kong and made unremitting efforts, leaving a huge footprint in the history of Hong Kong's economic development and being regarded as an outstanding leader of Hong Kong's industry.
Dr. Zhuang Chongwen has always loved his country and hometown, devoted himself to public welfare, attached importance to literature education, trained talents and spared no effort. Since 1987, awards such as Zhuang Chongwen Literature Award, Zhuang Scholarship, and Zhuang Chongwen Outstanding Principal Award have been successively established, aiming at rewarding young and middle-aged writers, cultivating literary rookies, commending students with excellent academic performance and outstanding educational talents, and making generous contributions to improving the cultural quality and educational level of the Chinese nation.
Dr. Zhuang is highly respected in our country and has been received by the state for many times. He was hired as consultant of China Literature Foundation, head of Tianjin Enterprise Transformation and Economic Development Advisory Group, and honorary president of Fujian International Cultural and Economic Exchange Fund.
