Jiang Ping's son Jiang Bo was born in 1969. He graduated from the University of Virginia and returned to China to start a business. Now his career is still successful.

20 19 19 On February 28th, Mr. Jiang Ping, a tenured professor at China University of Political Science and Law, celebrated his 90th birthday. Mr. Jiang Ping creatively put forward a series of theoretical viewpoints of civil and commercial law, which led the development of civil and commercial law in China to maturity and laid the theoretical foundation of civil and commercial legal system in China. As the person in charge, he led the drafting of the Administrative Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China and the Trust Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

As a leading expert, he participated in the legislative work of many important laws, such as General Principles of Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Property Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Mr. Jiang Ping devoted himself to education for more than 60 years, trained a large number of outstanding talents, and was deeply loved by the majority of students, and devoted his life to the cause of law education.
