Before being appointed as the deputy director of SAAC by the Ministry of Personnel in the State Council, Huang Danhua was in charge of the Board of Supervisors, the Work Bureau of the Board of Supervisors (the Work Office of the Board of Supervisors of State-owned Enterprises), the Information Center and the Work Technology Research Center of the Board of Supervisors in SAAC.

Young Huang Danhua is the youngest in the new leadership of SASAC. He is from Chengdu, Sichuan. 1982 Graduated from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 1997 Master of Economics from Sichuan University. She has served as deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, deputy secretary of the Chengdu Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and deputy secretary of the Mianyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.
