Employers can complain about resumes because of malicious delivery, advertising, unreasonable absence from interviews, and failure to join the company on time.

If the company complains about your resume, it will be recorded in the system. If you apply for any company or position again, the other party will not see your resume, but will only see a line "Suspected of maliciously submitting your resume and temporarily unable to view it". If you are fast, you may be able to check it every few days. If you are slow, you won't know. Anyway, I usually delete this resume immediately when I see it, because I have to have a criminal record to be complained.
