I can't write my resume! Key points to be seen on resumes of five bosses
Editor/Ariel Lin

It is said that many bosses only spend six seconds reading a resume, so a good resume must be simple and clear, with neat typography. In addition to the obvious form, the content of the resume must be informative, otherwise it is useless to have a good form but no content.

Andy Sellers, the director of 3Search, shared five things that must appear on a resume on Linkedin. These are the key points that the boss wants to see on his resume. Don't forget to cover these things when writing your resume.

1. Work experience Work experience can be said to be the most important part of a resume. For a boss or human resource manager, work experience is an indicator to show whether the job and expertise of the candidate overlap with the company. In addition to writing down the general work content, it should be noted that unless the applicant's last job was in a well-known company or a world 100 company, it is recommended to briefly explain the nature of the company in one sentence and attach the company website.

Second, the promotion record is also part of the work experience. Of course, applicants don't have to write about what they did in high school. The boss will probably want to know the positions and work contents of the first three or four jobs. Some people have promotion records in their previous companies, but writing all their work contents in the same place will make the promotion records disappear. Both the boss and the HR manager hope that the candidate will make progress in his past career, instead of always standing still. The promotion record is the best proof.

Thirdly, it is obvious that the data is a definite evidence to prove the applicant's ability. For example, if the resume says "the number of official fan groups in the company has doubled", it will be suggested to write exact growth data. Is it 100000 or 200000? In addition, figures can also catch the boss's eye, thus making the resume more impressive.

4. Keyword group Every company has keywords. For example, Microsoft may want to see "software design", "hardware equipment" and "C++ computer language" on its resume. If candidates have these abilities and include these keywords in their resumes, they can help the boss to screen resumes, and the resumes of candidates will be screened in and then seen by the boss, increasing the chances of admission.

5. Internet links If the applicant can insert the websites he once operated, e-book links, designed website links, etc. In the resume, the boss can quickly understand the applicant's past work experience and achievements. However, if the applicant does not have an Internet link, he can also create a personal file by scanning files or using pdf.
