On February 25, 2009, the summary and commendation meeting of the demonstration project of UHV AC test of State Grid Corporation of China was held in Beijing. The meeting comprehensively summarized the construction work of the UHV exchange test demonstration project, and commended the advanced collectives and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the project construction. Hua Fei Company was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Collective of State Grid UHV AC Test Demonstration Project".

On the afternoon of February 6th, 2009, Luan Jun, member of the Party Group and Deputy General Manager of State Grid Corporation, and his party came to Changping 500kV EHV Substation. Accompanied by General Manager Yin Qiong, Deputy General Manager Zheng, Deputy General Manager Wang and Deputy General Manager Yang Hong of State Grid Corporation, the emergency command and communication system was inspected. Zhang, chief engineer of State Grid Corporation, Yu Weiguo, safety director of State Grid Corporation, director of safety supervision department of State Grid Corporation, Cao Huibin, deputy director of State Power Dispatching and Communication Center and director of Secretariat Bureau of General Office of State Grid Corporation, accompanied him.

In March, 2009, during the two sessions, under the unified deployment of State Grid Corporation and State Grid ICT Corporation, Hua Fei devoted himself to the work of safety production with a high sense of political responsibility and mission, fully prepared and carefully organized, and successfully completed the network security guarantee task during the two sessions.

In May 2009, CLP Hua Fei undertook the smart power related project of State Grid Corporation of China.
