3. do a good job in parenting. I took over the middle class, all about 4 years old. In order to make them adapt to kindergarten life faster and engage in group activities lively and happily, we must win the trust and support of parents in order to obtain a good environment and effect. During this period, I can communicate with my parents patiently and discuss the children's education methods together. I will share my child's progress bit by bit with my parents; If the child regresses a little, I will also educate with my parents. Some parents are busy at work, and we will talk about the changes of their children at school by phone. For parents who have opinions, I take timely measures to measure their feelings and solve problems together from the perspective of parents. Careful work has won the trust and praise of parents.

Patience first, take care of your students with kindness and care. At the beginning of work, the children were crying and making noise, so they could not carry out normal teaching activities. I comforted each child kindly, patting them to sleep during the nap, until the children fell asleep one by one, so that they could feel the teacher's love and full care and overcome one "difficulty" after another. Help children develop good nap habits.

4. Actively do a good job in infant care. Nursing is an important work in kindergarten. I always pay attention to tidying my children's clothes and pants, giving medicine to sick children, and paying attention to protection when children are active. When eating, supervise them to wash their hands and teach children how to eat healthily; Pay attention to the danger of props in the game and do a good job of protection in advance.
