This passage has benefited me a lot. In class, I pay too much attention to excellent students, hardly listen to the ideas of middle and lower children, and don't let every child speak his own thoughts.

During the winter vacation last semester, I lived a full life. After finishing my homework, I took out the book "Childhood" that my father bought for me. After reading it, I opened the first chapter and was soon fascinated. Those words revealed Gorky's miserable childhood. He lost the care of his parents since he was a child and did not have a happy childhood. He was always looked after by his grandmother when he was young. The dark society, naked money relations, the cruelty of uncles and the terrible personality of grandfather made him see the devil of life prematurely. First of all, I would like to thank Director Wang of the Teaching and Research Section for paying attention to the development of our young teachers and their growth, and taking pains to organize such exchange activities. At the same time, I am deeply honored to be the representative of outstanding young teachers in XX-XX years on behalf of young teachers of political science. First, the role of "guide" in personal growth.
In xx, I came to xx from Hefei to go to college. After graduation, I worked as a special post teacher and took classes. I joined xx in xx, and it has been four years now. When I first entered the post of teacher, it was a kind of hesitation and idleness. At that time, I thought that teaching was a leisure job. After class, I go home to watch TV and play with my wife and children. Once a month's salary is enough. Maybe every young teacher has had this experience. But at the same time, I'm a little overwhelmed. How should I go in the future? This is what I thought before I went to bed. I am a person who is unwilling to be mediocre but has always been mediocre.

In the course of teacher xx's communication, I found this leader very amiable and lovely. Every young teacher will encounter difficulties in the process of growing up, and we often feel at a loss and lose confidence. I remember when the children were young, the whole family lived in Sanmen Middle School. At that time, it was already winter, and it was almost 10 after the evening study. I thought of the exercise plan that Mr. Wang gave me, so I gave up sleeping and sat on the cold bench and continued to face the computer. When I finished, all the teachers and students fell asleep. In a blink of an eye, I have been in normal school for almost a year. I am glad to have this opportunity to report my work and feelings during this period.
First of all, I can be a teacher in Zhengzhou Experimental High School, especially thanks to the school and leaders. With this gratitude, I carefully prepared lessons, attended classes, attended lectures, insisted on writing teaching reflections, worked hard as a good tutor, and successfully opened a school-based course. I won't go into details here, because I think this is what I should do well and should do better, and I will continue to work hard.
Below, I will focus on two key words: growth and hope, and briefly talk about my work feelings.
First, growth
As a young teacher, although I still have many shortcomings, I enjoy using the word "incredible" to describe my growth in Shi Hao. Maybe we are not as comfortable as teachers in other schools, but "comfort" will only increase people's inertia. Below, I take out my own reading and learning practice and experience, and sincerely communicate with teachers.
There are many teachers who like reading in our school, especially Mr. Bian Jintao, Mr. Gao and Mr. Han Kaiping. Their erudite quality deeply influenced me. They read books for interest and take the initiative to read their favorite books. When I was at school and just started working, I used to be a person who liked reading. Beautiful poems, essays and various novels also attracted me deeply. However, with the growth of age and the accumulation of teaching experience, in the face of tedious work, my interest in reading has gradually faded, and today I always feel that I am studying under pressure.
We used to say that in order to give students a drop of water, teachers must have a glass of water, and in order to give students a glass of water, teachers must have a bucket of water. However, in the new era, teachers are no longer the only source for students to acquire knowledge. It is common that students have more knowledge than teachers in some aspects. It is not enough for teachers to give full play to their leading role in teaching, just content with a glass of water and a bucket of water, without expanding and deepening their knowledge. I started my study by repeatedly reading junior high school history teaching books and senior high school history textbooks. The books recently bought mainly include: the art of teachers' language, 10 1 advice to history teachers, classic lesson-telling cases of excellent teachers, historical stories, 22 catch-ups of successful teachers, classics that must be read all their lives, etc. Put them at home, in the office, in the school dormitory, and use their leisure time to improve their theoretical level and professional quality. There is a lot of confusion in learning, especially because of busy work, and you can't always study according to the plan in advance.
Here, I want to give some advice to young teachers:
First, clear purpose: First, think about why you study according to your personal situation.
Second, choose a bibliography: choose according to your hobbies and work needs (what kind of books you like to read and what kind of books you need to read).
Third, make a reading plan: both short-term and long-term plans. Plan what to read every year, every month or even every week.
Fourth, writing reading notes and educational essays: This is also an accumulation process, focusing on writing your own experience after reading, and combining what you read with your own teaching practice.
5. Actively participate in various teaching and scientific research activities: compiling teaching design, selecting excellent courses, selecting papers, etc. All kinds of activities will become your motivation to learn, prompting you to study and consult all kinds of materials.
