1998 was employed as the tutor of master students in graduate department, China Institute of Meteorological Sciences.

From April to July, 20001year, I went to Hadley Climate Prediction and Research Center in England to participate in climate research.
From 2002 to 2004, he served as the chief climate diagnosis expert of the National Climate Center.
From June, 5438 to March, 2003, I participated in the study of precipitation change of Canadian Meteorological Bureau.
