Shuimachuan is located in Sanjiao Town, Xinfu District, Xinzhou City, 20 kilometers away from Xinzhou City. Named after the legend that there is water and horses to go. Its land is surrounded by mountains and waters, and the Shuima River runs through the north and south, which is a seasonal river.
