Job responsibilities and mission:

This position helps Starbucks succeed by providing excellent customer service. The barista needs to create a "Starbucks experience" for our customers, provide customers with fast service, high-quality drinks and products, and keep the environment in the store clean and comfortable. This position needs to set an example and abide by Starbucks' code of conduct.

Summary of main responsibilities:

Its responsibilities and main functions include but are not limited to the following:

Promote Starbucks' corporate culture, values and mission with integrity, honesty and knowledge. Keep calm when there is a peak passenger flow or an emergency, maintain the normal operation of the store, and set a positive example for partners.

Predict the needs of customers and stores through continuous environmental assessment and customer hints. Pass the information to the store manager so that the team can make the necessary response and establish the "third space" environment at any time.

Assist in training new partners, actively help improve their successful performance, and give respect and encouraging guidance when necessary.

Discover the changes of work morale and behavior of partners, communicate with the store manager and promote the creation of a positive team atmosphere.

Provide quality service to all customers, show the service attitude of "customer first" and keep close contact with customers. Identify customer needs and respond.

Follow Starbucks' operating policies and procedures, including cash handling, security and preservation, to ensure the safety of all partners while on duty.

Maintain a clean and orderly working environment so that partners can find resources and products when needed.

Ensure normal work and punctual attendance.

Adhere to all product formulas and display standards, and provide all customers with drinks, coffee beans and food of the same quality. Follow the health, safety and hygiene guidelines for all products.

Use existing organizational methods to recognize and strengthen individual and team achievements.
