1959 March 19, Lu Jun was born in the home of an ordinary teacher in the capital of China. He loved football when he was in primary school and middle school. 1978 After being admitted to Beijing Institute of Physical Education, he majored in football. Because Lu Jun is not a football player, but a track and field athlete, he put his studies in the field of football referee.
