Brief introduction of Xie Yuyao.
Xie Yuyao, a Loudi native, likes painting and calligraphy since childhood. Because my family is poor and there is no pen and paper to draw, I practice with lime blocks, charcoal and the like. Over time, I actually painted passably. 1985, 22-year-old Xie Yuyao joined the army. There is a place in the army. Because of his good painting, the company's blackboard newspaper and those things about writing and painting were covered by him. 1992 after returning home from demobilization, there was no fixed job, so I had to go to some construction sites to collect soil and stones to sell coolies. But no matter how hard life is, he insists on painting every night. It is with his perseverance that he perfected his painting skills.

At the end of the 20th century, an attempt fascinated him with pyrography. For the first time, he blended Xuan paper with the unique artistic pen of iron and fire, and showed us artistic charm easily. Known as "pyrography wizard" by all walks of life, he became a professional pyrographer. Yan, Chairman of China Collectors Association, wrote an inscription for his works: "Drunk Art". Li Pu, former vice president of Xinhua News Agency, secretary of the Secretariat of China Journalists Association, calligrapher, Tan Tan, vice chairman of Chinese Writers Association and chairman of Hunan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Zhu Xunde, chairman of Hunan Artists Association, Nie Nanxi, former president of the Art College of Hunan Normal University, and other literary and art celebrities spoke highly of his pyrography art, and his "Burning Portrait of Qi Baishi" was collected by Qi Baishi Memorial Hall in Xiangtan City. People's Daily, Hunan Daily, Loudi Daily, provincial and municipal TV stations and other news media 10 have reported him many times. At the beginning of 2006, Loudi Municipal People's Government held an exhibition of pyrography works for him, and then included his rice paper pyrography art in the intangible cultural heritage list and reported it to the provincial people's government. In the summer of 2006, China International Business Daily invited him to hold a pyrography exhibition in Beijing International Trade Building. Since 2007, Hunan artists, Sichuan ancient and modern Bao Tong and many other auction companies have auctioned their works, and the price of the paintings has reached more than 2,000 yuan per square foot.
