1986- 1989, reliability engineer, First Research Institute of China Aerospace Industry. Responsible for system reliability assurance and evaluation, experimental design and internal training. Responsible for the development and design of engineering application software "System Feasibility Assessment and Prediction". During this period, I participated in the national defense industry project HJ-73 national defense system storage reliability and maintainability and comprehensive system feasibility evaluation technology, which won national and ministerial awards respectively.
1990- 1994, Department of Quality Control Management, Linxueping University, Che Lin, Sweden, studying for a doctoral degree, engaged in the research project system reliability funded by CENIIT (Industrial Information Technology Center), and conducted in-depth research on the reliability of both software and hardware. The project also involves the following research work: asymptotic characteristics of maximum likelihood estimation, storage reliability analysis, graphic method of model identification, EM algorithm of system reliability estimation and system reliability design.
1992- 1993, visiting scholar, Department of Systems Industrial Engineering, National University of Singapore. Study on short-term cooperation of quality control and management between Chelingping University in Sweden and National University of Singapore.
1994- 1997, Senior Research Fellow, Department of Quality Control Management, Linxueping University, Che Lin, Sweden, engaged in basic research on software and network reliability, software testing, quality control and information system management. This research work is funded by the Swedish Industrial Information Technology Center. Undertake the main research work on quality control and management of information system of industrial scientific research projects. This project is funded and cooperated by Swedish Institute of Applied Mathematics, Ericsson Telecom AB, Saab-Scania AB, Swedish National Defense Materials Administration, etc., and deeply studies the early reliability prediction of complex software systems, the construction of environmental profile models, the optimization of test methods and project management.
1997 Up to now, senior lecturer in the technical department of Gaffler University, Sweden, responsible for the management and teaching of the following professional courses and postgraduate guidance: software engineering and its quality control, quality control technology and management, applied statistics, industrial production and its simulation technology.

Quality control and testing of information system. (Funded by ITM Institute of Applied Mathematics in Sweden, in cooperation with Chalmers University)
Early software reliability prediction method. Industrial management and quality control of multinational organizations. (Supported by the International Network Project of Ubildningsomradet Foundation of Sweden)
Team control system for business process and competitiveness development. (Funded by the Swedish Natural Science and Technology Foundation, in cooperation with the Royal Swedish Institute of Technology)
1999 visiting professor, department of computer science, Guizhou university, China, responsible for guiding some scientific research and doctoral students, and also responsible for and managing the student and teacher exchange program between the university and gavler university, Sweden. The project is funded by the Linnaeus-Palme Foundation of Sweden.
