Yao Shunyu is an ancient China. Since the Yellow Emperor, there have been three tribal alliance leaders in the Yellow River Basin. According to legend, Yao, also known as Tao, was born in Yuncheng and Linfen (called Hedong area in ancient times) in the Fenhe River basin of Shanxi Province.
Yi Village in the south of Linfen, Shanxi Province has the tablet of Emperor Yao Maozi, Yao Temple Village has Yao Temple, and Linfen County has Yaoling and Shenju Cave. His life is very simple, and ancient books say that he is "inexhaustible food, soup of quinoa, fur in winter, and clothing in summer".
In other words, he lives in a humble house made of uncut thatched reeds and unpaved rafters, eats coarse grains, drinks wild vegetable soup, wears deerskin in winter and coarse cloth in summer.
Shun, also known as Youyu, was born in Yaodu site. After he became the leader of the tribal association, Dupban was now the town of Zhou Pu. It seems that his activity center is in the southwest of Shanxi.
Dayu, surname, first name, high word density, first name. Later generations addressed him as Dayu, the leader of Xia Houshi. The Chronicle of Bamboo Slips records: "In the past, Yaode declined and was imprisoned by Shun. Shun imprisoned Yao, and then suppressed him, so that I would not meet my father. "
According to bamboo records, Emperor Yao did not want to give the tribe to Shun, but to his son. Unfortunately, he was imprisoned to death in a coup, and his son Danzhu was exiled.
Later, it was not true that Shun was ceded to Yu. According to the chronicles of bamboo books, Shun did not abdicate voluntarily, but was exiled to a distant place by the powerful minister Yu Yu and died.
In fact, in the same period, Han Feizi also held a negative attitude towards the demise of Yao Shunyu. According to Han Feizi's suspicion, "Shun forced Yao, Yu forced Shun, Jie, and cut Zhou; These four kings, the people and ministers killed their kings. " It can be seen that the statement about Yao Shunyu's succession in Zhushu is not isolated evidence.
