Beijing Selected Graduates Written Interview Process:

Transfer positions are announced in the registration system. Candidates whose written test scores have reached the qualified score line and have not entered the list of candidates in the first round of interview can participate in the adjustment. According to the written test scores of the registered transfer candidates, according to the number of vacancies, the candidates who enter the transfer scope are notified to conduct the qualification examination for transfer. After approval, the list of job-transfer personnel will be published in the registration system.

5. Interview and professional ability test. Directional transfer interview arrangements will be announced in the registration system, and some transfer units will organize professional ability tests, which can be viewed through the transfer guide. The interview and professional ability test of the "Excellence Training Plan" are organized by the recruiting units according to the recruitment requirements of enterprises and institutions, and relevant announcements are published on the website of the recruiting units. For positions where the ratio of the number of interviewers to the number of selected candidates or the number of recruitment plans is less than 3: 1, candidates can enter the physical examination and inspection only after their interview scores reach the average scores of all the interviewers who use the same interview paper or the interview qualified scores determined in the interview announcement.
