Beijing Selected Graduates Written Interview Process:
1. written test. The examination subject is comprehensive ability test, the examination time is 150 minutes, and the full score is 100. Candidates can check the written test scores and qualified scores through the registration system, and print the written test score notice as a voucher for participating in interviews and transfers of various directional selection or "excellent training plan" recruitment units.
2. Qualification examination. According to the order of written test scores from high to low, the list of candidates to be interviewed is determined according to the ratio of 1: 8. Candidates who intend to enter the interview must pass the qualification examination, which includes the examination of the candidates' household registration, identity, education, relevant grades, education, qualification certificates and other materials required for the qualifications of the positions they apply for. If the main information of relevant materials is untrue, which affects the results of qualification review, the transferring or recruiting unit has the right to cancel the qualification of the applicant for interview.
3. Determine the list of candidates for the first interview. According to the qualification examination of candidates, determine the first batch of candidates to enter the interview.
Adjust. After the qualification review, the positions with the ratio of qualified written test scores to planned employment numbers less than 8: 1 will be adjusted. Transfer positions are announced in the registration system. Candidates whose written test scores have reached the qualified score line and have not entered the list of candidates in the first round of interview can participate in the adjustment. According to the written test scores of the registered transfer candidates, according to the number of vacancies, the candidates who enter the transfer scope are notified to conduct the qualification examination for transfer. After approval, the list of job-transfer personnel will be published in the registration system.
5. Interview and professional ability test. Directional transfer interview arrangements will be announced in the registration system, and some transfer units will organize professional ability tests, which can be viewed through the transfer guide. The interview and professional ability test of the "Excellence Training Plan" are organized by the recruiting units according to the recruitment requirements of enterprises and institutions, and relevant announcements are published on the website of the recruiting units. For positions where the ratio of the number of interviewers to the number of selected candidates or the number of recruitment plans is less than 3: 1, candidates can enter the physical examination and inspection only after their interview scores reach the average scores of all the interviewers who use the same interview paper or the interview qualified scores determined in the interview announcement.
