The owners' committee shall, within 30 days from the date of election, go to the Comprehensive Management Section of the District Construction Bureau for the record. Submit the following materials for the record: 1, the minutes of the meeting of the preparatory group of the owners' committee and the list of members of the preparatory group of the owners' committee;

2. Notice of convening the owners' meeting;

3. Owners' Convention (signed by members of the owners' committee);

4. Articles of association of the owners' committee (signed by members of the owners' committee);

5. Fill in the record form of the owners' committee, including: explanations of the owners' meeting and voting records; List of members of the owners' committee and their resumes;

6. Other relevant materials.
