Surname is "the first surname in the world". Among the Three Kingdoms, Zhang is a hero and celebrity, and stars come forth in large numbers. Whether it is decent or negative, whether it is a civil servant, a military commander or a warlord, it is inseparable from surnames.

Among the Zhang celebrities, there were three brothers, including Zhang Jiao, Liu Chen, Shangdang, JASON ZHANG, Zhang Lu, Zhang Wen, who was beheaded by Dong Zhuo, and Zhang Wen, who killed Xuzhou Wei Zhang, Cao Cao's father and Cao Song's family and urged Sun Quan to surrender. Zhang Yun, who was dealt with by Cao Cao's military method for "stealing Jiang Gan's book", Zhang Song, who hit Cao Cao in the face, Zhang Da, who assassinated Zhang Fei, Zhang Huang, and so on, and dozens of other small roles, lousy military commanders.

In addition to the Zhang family mentioned above, it is not easy to find eight famous players. Counting, it seems that there are only eight famous military commanders: Zhang Fei, Zhang Liao, Zhang He, Zhang Ren, Zhang Bao, Yi Cheung, Zhang Ben and Zhang Yan. The ability and fame of these eight people are uneven, and only four people can be called famous.

Zhang Ren, a famous soldier in Xichuan, was a subordinate of Zhang, and later worshipped the satrap of Xichuan. Zhang Ren has courage, conscience and insight. Zhang Ren in history is more in line with the image in the romance. When Liu Bei entered Shu, Zhang Ren tried to persuade Liu Zhang to be more wary of Liu Bei, but short-sighted Liu Zhang did not accept it.

At the Hongmen banquet between Pang Tong and Liu Bei, Wei Yan danced a sword, which symbolizes Liu Zhang. Seeing that the situation was not good, Zhang Ren was the first to stand up and dance with Wei Yan, thus lifting the crisis. In the battle of Luocheng, Zhang Ren set an ambush on Fenghuang Slope and shot Pang Tong, Liu Bei's strategist. Zhang Ren's force value is high, and Zhang Fei's one-on-one hit is more than ten times, regardless of the outcome. Later, Zhang Fei was ambushed and surrounded, thanks to Zhao Yun's rescue. In the battle of Jinyanqiao, Zhuge Liang decided to lure the enemy into an ambush and dispatched Zhang Fei, Zhao Yun, Huang Zhong and Wei Yan to capture Zhang Ren alive. When Liu Bei advised him to surrender, Zhang Ren screamed loudly and shouted angrily, "Is a loyal minister willing to serve two masters?" Liu Bei and Zhuge Liang completed their honors, beheaded and buried at the Jin Yan Bridge to show their loyalty.

Zhang He and Zhang He, the famous Cao Wei, are both subordinates of Yuan Shao, enjoying a high reputation in Hebei, and are called "the fourth pillar of Hebei" together with Yan Liang and Wen Chou. In the battle of Guandu, the Wu Dynasty was burned and Yuan Shao was defeated. During this period, Zhang He defected to Cao Cao and was named a partial general. Zhang He followed Cao Cao for 20 years and served Wei for 30 years. He has participated in major battles such as capturing Hebei, pacifying Huainan and capturing Liangzhou.

In the battle of Hanzhong, Zhang He was defeated by Zhang Fei, but was promoted to general. Then, Xia confronted Liu Bei in Dingjun Mountain. After Xia's death, Zhang He temporarily served as the commander-in-chief to direct the strategic retreat of various ministries. After Cao Pi ascended the throne, Zhang He was promoted to General Left. Since then, Zhang He and Cao Zhen have pacified Hu Qiang, resisted Zhuge Liang's Northern Expedition, and defeated Ma Su in Jieting, forcing Zhuge Liang to retreat. With this achievement, Zhang He was promoted to general of the Western Expedition. In the battle of Jiange, Zhang He was controlled by Sima Yi and had to lead the troops to pursue the Shu army. He was ambushed by Zhuge Liang at the wooden door crossing, shot in the knee and finally died. In Romance, Zhang He is a famous forbearing scholar. In the early stage, he was rubbed by superb military commanders and suffered humiliation. Until the later stage, he almost became the best in the world.

Zhang Fei, a famous soldier of Shu Han. Zhang Fei is the first bucket of gold in Liu Bei's life. In the early stage, Zhang Fei followed Liu Bei, who was adrift, and suffered repeated battles and defeats. After Cao Cao leveled Jingzhou, Liu Bei was defeated, and Cao Chun's butch rode in Dangyang Changban, defeating Liu Bei's army. Zhang Fei led more than twenty people to ride behind the broken Dangyang Bridge. Zhang Fei immediately broke the bridge with a spear, which shocked Cao Cao's army and Liu Bei was able to retreat safely. This is a historical fact, but it is by no means so exaggerated in romantic novels.

Zhang Fei's most proud achievements: First, in the Sichuan campaign, Yan Yan, the governor of Jiangzhou, was captured alive, and he took advantage of the situation to advance westward and pacify Ba County and Brazil; Second, in the battle of Hanzhong, Zhang Fei defeated the invading Zhang He in Langzhong, Brazil, annihilated more than 10,000 of his elite soldiers, and forced Zhang He to climb mountains and wade and flee. Zhang Fei is known as "the enemy of ten thousand people" and "the tiger minister is the world", but Zhang Fei has a fatal weakness, that is, he ignores the villain, whips his soldiers after drinking, and orders him to accompany him, which eventually leads to his death. "Violence without kindness, defeat without skill, reason with vulgarity" is a fair evaluation of Zhang Fei's defects.

Zhang Liao, the famous Cao Wei. Zhang Liao followed Ding Yuan, blades, Dong Zhuo, and Lu Bu successively, and only after Lu Bu was eliminated by Cao Cao did he yield to Cao Cao, and then he reached the peak of his life.

In the battle of Guandu and the siege of White Horse, Zhang Liao was the real first commander in chief, but Guan Yu did slay Yan Liang in the battle. A few months after the pacification of Donghai County, food and grass were almost exhausted and reached a deadlock. Zhang Liao went to the enemy camp alone, surrendered to Chang Yi, and kept Donghai County stable for five years. As a lieutenant, Zhang Liao's performance surpassed that of coach Xia. After the victory of the Battle of Guandu, Zhang Liao defeated Yuan Tan and Yuan Shang and recovered Donglai counties. Cao Cao promoted Zhang Liao as a bandit general, and even invited Zhang Liao to ride with him. This is a great honor for military commanders. Of course, Zhang Liao has two bright spots. First, during the First World War in White Wolf Mountain, Zhang Liao took full command of the troops, encouraged Junwei, and personally killed Wuhuan Khan, who is famous for Xiao Wu. The second is to defend Hefei, a sublime city in xiaoyaojin. Zhang Liao led 800 dead men and rushed into Sun Quan's 100,000-strong army, almost killing Sun Quan himself, forcing Sun Quan to "bury himself in peace".

Zhang Liao served as General Pi, General Dangkou, General Zhengdong and former General, and was enshrined in Cao Cao Temple after his death. In The Romance, Zhang Liao was a powerful first-class military commander. He once challenged Taishi Ci with a score of 70-80, regardless of the result. Finally, he ambushed the enemy and shot Taishi Ci with an arrow.

Among the four famous players, it is difficult to evaluate who is the best. In my humble opinion, among the four, Zhang Liao's contribution is the most remarkable, Zhang Fei's martial arts fighting capacity is the strongest, Zhang He's forbearance is the deepest, and Zhang Ren's scheming strategy is the most prominent. The rest of Zhang Bao, Zhang Yi, Zhang Ben and Zhang Yan are incomparable to Zhang Fei and Zhang Liao in their historical achievements, status and popularity, and the force and scenes in the romance.

Zhang Bao, Zhang Fei's son, took part in the battle of Yiling, but he did not perform well, and later died young.

Both Zhang Ben and Zhang Yi were important generals in the late Shu Han Dynasty, but neither of them had outstanding achievements. Both of them followed Zhuge Liang and Jiang Wei in the Northern Expedition. Zhang Ben fought against Xu Chu, the general of Wei State, and died in the battlefield. Zhang Yi died in the rebellion of Zhong Hui.

Zhang Yan, the leader of the Black Mountain Army, is a walk-on in romance films, and he doesn't even have lines, so his popularity is not high. Zhang Yan is Zhao Yun's hometown. He is as light as a swallow and brave and good at fighting. The army called him "General Yan Fei". Zhang Yan's troops were once assembled within a million. Zhang Yan once joined forces with Gongsun Zan to resist Yuan Shao. After Gongsun Zan's defeat, Zhang Yan was defeated by Yuan Shao and Lu Bu. After the Battle of Guandu, Zhang Yan assisted Cao Cao in pursuing yuan brothers. The following year, Zhang Yan led more than 100,000 troops to submit to Cao Cao, was named Anguo Hou Ting, and was stationed in Yecheng.

Among the generals Zhang Bao, Yi Cheung, Zhang Ben and Zhang Yan, Zhang Bao is the worst.
