After I devoted myself to education, I followed Mr. Tao Xingzhi's Life Education. Mr. Tao Xingzhi once said: "Education without learning, teaching and guiding people to do is false education;" Schools that can't guide people to do it are fake schools; Books that can't guide people to do are fake books. Seeing what Teacher Tao Xingzhi said, I made up my mind that I must work hard in the front line of education like Tao Xingzhi, lead all teachers and students, put "doing" first and explore effective education. Three years ago, I selected 10 children who were the most naughty and difficult to adjust, and (there were more than 30 children before and after) opened a class of "learning and doing in one" to lead them to practice Tao Xingzhi's "life education" and Nie's "supporting education thought", a contemporary thinker and educator.
Speaking of teaching, we all said in the interview that the essence of teaching is to teach children what they can't do and force them to do what they can. Most parents agree with the first sentence and disagree with the second sentence. Let me explain here that this "force" has two meanings: one is persistence, and the other is continuous improvement after persistence.
Through more than three years of practice, I found that there are no children who can't teach well. As long as parents cooperate with the school to implement "feeding education" and strengthen physical training, then you will see your child's best state, including the ability to learn knowledge.

In mid-March last year, I received a phone call. He said he was the parent of a large class of kindergarten graduates outside the park. He failed in the primary school interview and was very anxious. He hopes to get my help. Usually when my parents come to see me, I will arrange a time to meet them.
I asked him to come to my office on the afternoon of March 23rd, and asked him to bring his mother and children with him. They arrived at my office on time that day, and I saw that my mother was pregnant again. She said the due date was September, and the baby behaved badly in my office. It is reasonable that he was not admitted to an international primary school outside the park. During the conversation, the mother of the child was very anxious. I am a mother myself, and I want to help her out of a mother's instinct. So I said to my mother, "We can admit your child conditionally, but you must do as I say. I believe that as long as you do what I teach you, this child will be able to enter school normally in September. " I went on to say: From today, not tomorrow, we should stick to the practice of feeding education. According to the special situation of children, start with kneading noodles and making pasta. No matter how difficult it is, we should stick to it and keep doing it. Every week, I will record the process of accompanying my children as a video and send it to me. Parents agreed, went to buy flour immediately, and taught their children to knead dough immediately when they got home. In fact, kneading dough is not an easy task. It is not so simple to exercise the strength of children's hands and beat flour in the process of kneading dough. At first, he only knew how to put water and flour, but he couldn't figure out the correct ratio. But through two months of continuous practice, he has mastered the ratio of water to flour, and he is also familiar with the matter of dough mixing.
On the morning of May 23rd, around 10, I received a phone call from the child's mother. On the phone, my mother was crying and I was a little nervous. I thought something important had happened. Later, my mother cried and said, "Sister Hong, I am so grateful to you. Every cloud has a silver lining. Because my children don't have to go to the garden to meet you, I can learn such an effective education method from you. My children have changed so much because of the practice of "feeding education". The thing is, because she was pregnant at that time, she didn't share a room with the child. At 5 o'clock in the morning, my son set the alarm clock in advance and got up to make breakfast for his mother, including bread, baked sausage, fried eggs and some noodles. Then she knocked on her door and said to her, get up, I made you breakfast. Today is Mother's Day, and this breakfast is my Mother's Day gift. The mother was in tears at the moment, hugging the child tightly and kissing her. (I think the joy of children's harvest at this moment is endless ...) I didn't expect the charm of teaching to be so great. In less than two months, children have changed from knowing nothing to being grateful, sharing, giving and bringing happiness to others. In addition, children's painting has also made great progress. During the summer vacation, my mother also gave me his paintings, saying that the painting teacher said that the children had made great progress. In just a few months, many things that were thought impossible have become possible.
The reason why I share this story with you today is that I hope this case can inspire you. If there is a chance to enter the children outside the park, we will practice feeding education together. If you don't have a chance to enter the park, I hope you can listen to what I said today. If you practice feeding education with your children, it will be better for your children to choose outside the park again in three years, and we will give priority to such children.
