The school has a strong faculty, with a team of teachers with complete disciplines, reasonable age structure and high academic level. There are 245 faculty members, including 2 16 full-time teachers, 7 graduate students and 93 senior teachers. In recent years, it has been commended by 29 people at the national level and 56 people at the provincial level, and more than 70 teachers have been recruited as members of the Disciplinary Committee of provincial and municipal education associations.
