Sun Jian Biography of the Three Kingdoms commented on Sun Jian, saying that he was "brave and resolute, narcissistic, guided by warmth and enthusiasm, and had strong loyalty and strength." Pei Songzhi also said that he was the most brave in form and meaning. Throughout Sun Jian's life, these comments are pertinent and practical.
After joining the army, Sun Jian successfully pacified the rebellion at the end of the Han Dynasty for many times, followed Zhu Jun to conquer the Yellow Scarf, and made great contributions. By the Eastern Han Dynasty imperial court, he was named Changsha satrap and Wuchenghou. After Dong Zhuo's rebellion, Sun Jian joined forces with Yuan Shu to join the vassal coalition and conquer Dong Zhuo, with the most active performance, and defeated Dong Zhuo's troops several times. Dong Zhuo moved the capital to Chang 'an, and Sun Jian invaded Luoyang, repaired the imperial tomb destroyed by Dong Zhuo and returned to Luyang. Soon, Sun Jian was sent by Yuan Shu to engage Liu Biao and defeated Liu Biao's subordinate Huang Zu, but he was shot and killed by soldiers in Huang Zu in a chase.
According to legend, Sun Jian had the habit of wearing a red headscarf, and he used it to defeat the enemy to save his life (I believe everyone knows this story, so I won't repeat it here). This is enough to show that he is good at fighting, both wise and brave. Sun Jian fought bravely, and often took the lead in charging (sigh here ~). Basically, he never suffered any defeat. The most commendable thing is that he never underestimates his enemy, but every time he fights, he works too hard and even dies (sigh again! )。
