There are two intermediate people's courts in Beijing: Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's Court and Beijing No.2 Intermediate People's Court.

The jurisdiction of Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's Court includes Xicheng, Haidian, Shijingshan, Mentougou, Fangshan, Changping, Daxing and Yanqing.

The jurisdiction of Beijing No.2 Intermediate People's Court includes Dongcheng, Chongwen, Chaoyang, Fengtai, Shunyi, Tongzhou, Pinggu, Huairou and Miyun.
