Huisidun Gao Zhan Kindergarten is a high-starting, high-standard and high-quality kindergarten jointly built by Shanghai Jing 'an District Education Bureau and China Gao Zhan Preschool Education Science Research Institute. Located in Suhewan District, Shanghai (Zhejiang North Road 155), it is also a major comprehensive education reform project launched by the district to realize the goal of "internationalization of higher quality education and modernization of higher level education" proposed in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" for district education.
