How to do the recruitment resume
The standard resume mainly includes four basic contents:

Basic information: name, gender, date of birth, marital status and contact information.

Streamline your resume.

Managers in general personnel departments often receive a mountain of resumes, and they simply don't have much time to read a long resume carefully. If you are looking for a professional or technical position, it is normal to write a one-or two-page resume. A busy HR manager doesn't have time to take care of your resume with more than two pages, and a short resume is often more difficult to write than a lengthy one. So you can try to compress your long resume and make it short and powerful.

3. Mode of delivery

Now most companies like to receive resumes by email, and of course they will also receive some paper resumes at job fairs. So in addition to sending some resumes to the job fair, you can also go to some talent (company) websites to see the recruitment information. Then send it to the other party in the form of e-mail, so that both parties save time and effort. You also avoid the cost of printing your resume.

4. Understand the recruitment conditions

For employers, resume is the first level, and interview is the second level. In the resume, the personnel manager will often focus on observing whether the resume meets the recruitment conditions, and if it does, he will consider informing the parties to come for an interview. Therefore, when writing your resume, you must pay attention to the recruitment conditions of the other party and strive for your resume to reach the level required by the other party. 5. Expression ability

When writing a resume, you must express yourself heartily, not others. Show your skills in your resume and prove it with your own achievements. If your writing and presentation skills are poor, you'd better ask someone with strong writing skills to help you. You can make others listen and write through your own dictation and describe yourself with appropriate words. In addition, there is no need to stick to the format when writing a resume: the resume is your own, whatever you write, as long as it looks reasonable. The best resume is to tell the truth, and it is not good to be too boastful or too modest.

In your resume, you should not simply list the positions you have held, but emphasize what you have done. Be sure to emphasize your special skills, achievements and certificates, even if it is a simple resume.
