The crystal structure of protein is mainly studied by X-ray method. For example, the analytic structure of jmjd2a is the first histone demethylase family with active center in the world. The recently analyzed structure of jmjd2a complex shows how histone demethylase selectively catalyzes histone substrates. As the first author, he has published many high-quality papers in PNAS cell and famous chemical magazines such as JOC and JPCA.
