From 65438 to 0996, he graduated from Zhengzhou University with a master's degree in law. In 2000, Peking University graduated with a doctorate in law (political science) (he was a doctoral supervisor during his doctoral studies in Peking University). After graduation, I worked in the National School of Administration, mainly engaged in the teaching and research of political system reform, political science theory, innovation management theory and practice, leadership and execution, and independently presided over two national social science fund projects.
