If the text on the cover of your resume is in text format, you need to open your resume and select the text to delete;

If the text in the resume cover is in picture format and the same layer as the background color, you need to import the resume cover into ps first, edit it with tools such as "stamp" and remove the text;

If the resume cover is made by word software, you need to save the file as a "web page" format first, so that you can export the picture to an image format before processing it.
