Liao Xiaoping's introduction
Liao Xiaoping, male, born in Hengyang, Hunan Province in September, 1965, is a famous landslide expert, a researcher, doctoral supervisor and deputy chief engineer of China Railway Northwest Research Institute, an adjunct professor of Fuzhou University, a young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions from the Ministry of Railways, the first batch of emergency experts on geological disaster prevention and control in the Ministry of Land and Resources, the vice chairman of the prevention and control committee of China Geological Disaster Research Association, and a member of the landslide prevention and control expert group of China Science and Technology Consulting Center. 1997 was selected as the first-class and second-class candidate of "100 million talents project" of seven national ministries and commissions, and 20 10 was selected as the first-class candidate of "leading talents in Gansu Province", enjoying the government allowance of the State Council.
