Yang Jingyu (1905- 1940), formerly known as Ma Shangde, was born in Li Jiawan, Queshan, Henan.

1927 in may, Yang Jingyu joined China as the secretary of Fushun special branch of the CPC. After the September 18th Incident, he served as the secretary of the Daowai District Committee of Harbin, and later as the secretary of the CPC Harbin Municipal Committee and the acting secretary of the Military Commission of Manchuria Provincial Committee.

1932, Yang Jingyu established the Nanman Guerrilla of the 32nd Army of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army in the northeast, served as the commander and political commissar of the Northeast People's Revolutionary Army 1 Army 1 Independent Division, commander and political commissar of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition Army 1 Army, and the commander and political commissar of the 65433 Army dealt a heavy blow to the Japanese army, which greatly promoted the development of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Movement.

Yang Jingyu was shot several times and died heroically because of the traitor's informer.
