Before teaching, I wandered between school and society, and worked as a court clerk, publisher editor, newspaper columnist, social volunteer, bookstore administrator, researcher of academic research institutions, taxpayer, applicant for government information disclosure, and litigation rights protection.

He was the editor-in-chief of Tsinghua Law and Tsinghua Law Review, and planned the lecture of San Tan Yin Yue.

At present, he is also a researcher at Hongfan Law and Economic Research Institute, a part-time researcher at the Comparative Research Center of Civil Society and Rule of Law Development of East China University of Political Science and Law, and a columnist of new york Times Chinese Network.

Since 2006, under the guidance of Mr. Zhang, a famous jurist, he has been engaged in the research and writing of pre-Qin political and legal theories.
