Brief introduction and writing background of Chen Huiying.
Author and writing background: Chen Huiying, born in Singapore in 1946, returned overseas Chinese, born in Xiamen, Fujian, a contemporary writer, returned to China in 1959. His works include The Unknown Star, Egrets with Wings Spreading, Xiamen People, etc. He published more than 3,000 poems and won three international and national literary awards. He was once rated as "Top Ten Overseas Chinese, National Excellent Journalists, National Excellent Returned Overseas Chinese Intellectuals and National Experts with Outstanding Contributions".

Mr. Hong Jinghu is Chen Huiying's grandfather and a famous patriotic overseas Chinese in Singapore. He made many contributions to the anti-Japanese cause of the motherland and the educational construction in his hometown.
