Liu Qi: Chengdu's main business and business are divided into several sections. The first is the traditional CBD, and the downtown is mainly the business office area within this range. Then there are all kinds of high-end office complex projects along Renmin South Road, including many projects in Wuhou District. Then there is a new plate, divided into two different positions. The first is East Street, a financial sector currently planned in Jinjiang District, Financial Street. Yibin is a sub-regional center of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Belt and an ecological landscape garden city. Its geographical position is similar to that of Chongqing, because it happens to be located in the first city of the Yangtze River, where Jinsha River and Minjiang River meet to form the Yangtze River, and Yibin is divided into three regions by Sanjiang River. Yibin's economic operation is also in a state of rapid growth, with an average annual growth rate of about 15% and per capita GDP exceeding 2000 USD. The real estate industry is in a period of rapid development. In recent years, the total retail sales of social consumer goods in Yibin has increased rapidly, which indicates that the demand for commercial agglomeration effect in urban areas will be enhanced. As far as the commercial influence of Yibin is concerned, its influence and radiation are relatively weak in the same level cities in southern Sichuan, and there is a phenomenon of consumption outflow. This is the market adjustment of department stores in several cities around Yibin, and it is a plate of Yibin's urban economic development. We believe that Yibin lacks a core area that matches the current city, and the existing commercial consumption can be satisfied as a whole, but the type is relatively single and the quality needs to be improved.

Liu Qi Our project is located in East Street, which is currently located in the west of Wall Street. This sector has concentrated some world-renowned development enterprises, some Hong Kong capital, foreign capital and some well-known domestic enterprises, mainly including many international development enterprises such as tishman speyer, Wharf, Java Group and Qunguang. At present, there are also fortune 500 enterprises, major foreign banks, foreign insurance institutions and internationally renowned service and consulting institutions in East Street.
Next, let's explain Yu Financial Plaza. 1. Mingyu Financial Plaza is a high-end urban complex project integrating five-star hotels, Grade A office buildings and international clubs. Based on this situation, we have planned a Rhine Spring Shopping Center, which will change the business pattern of Yibin. We initially positioned the shopping center as a high-end one-stop shopping center. With the development and progress of Yibin, the commercial market will become increasingly mature. The total construction area of our entire shopping center is 6.5438+0.3 million square meters, including two floors of underground parking, and the effective commercial construction area is close to 6.5438+0.3 million square meters. It is fully functional. Compared with single-function department stores, it attracts more merchants and has a broader market space.
