At the Tokyo Olympic Games, the relay team composed of Liang Xiaojing, Ge Manqi and Wei ran 42.82 seconds and advanced to the final with the third place in the group. In the final, China ranked sixth in 42 seconds 7 1, setting a new record. The four of them are called the four golden flowers of China track and field.

China has only participated in the international competition of the Oregon World Championships once. China won two gold medals, 1 silver medal and three bronze medals, ranking fifth in the medal list.
