1, incomplete combustion
Incomplete combustion of fuel caused by excessive fuel composition makes combustible materials accumulate on the heating surface of GAH.
Boilers mainly include purchased residual oil, cracked residual oil and raffinate C4 fuel, which are heavy in composition, high in viscosity, low in spontaneous combustion point, easy to separate carbon when burning, poor in crushing ability when fuel vapor is atomized, high in macromolecular oil droplets, and easy to block the nozzle of oil gun, which often affects the atomization quality and combustion effect of fuel.
If the combustion adjustment is improper, the air volume is insufficient or unreasonable, and the process conditions fluctuate, the carbon black combustion is incomplete, and it is too late to produce black smoke. Oil particles that are not completely burned in the furnace are carried to the GAH heat exchange surface at the tail of the boiler by flue gas and begin to deposit.
2, frequent purging ignition
Frequent purging and ignition provide sufficient conditions for the ignition of deposited combustible materials in the boiler.
In the process of boiler ignition, the flue gas flow rate is low, and the oxygen content in the combustion system space is much higher than that in normal operation.
